Leer – Oldenburg, 87 km, 4 days

This path starts in the town of Leer in Ostfriesland and ends east of it in the old town of Oldenburg. In between you will enjoy various landscapes. To start with: the lowlands of the rivers Leda and Jümme. Later on you will encounter ancient farmlands on deposits of sand and boulder clay. German Friesland is an open land, and hiking here means enjoying the vast skies and the small details mankind has left in the landscape.
