Coast and dunes
Description
From the northern tip to the southern tip, the Dutch coastline is interesting for exploration. Parts of the coast consist of natural dunes areas, protecting the low lying polders behind. Other parts are artificially reinforced by dams and dykes, offering great vistas. River deposits create wetlands rich with birdlife.
