The walk takes you in about 3 - 4 days from the border with the Netherlands to Ieper, through a truly West Flanders country. Maybe not spectacular, but certainly special for those hikers who love quaint details of the countryside, or fancy rural silly things. The landscape is flat, with mixed agriculture, small villages an creeks and patches of forest.
