Positive The path takes you through towns and small villages little changed in the last 100 years, with small shops, pubs with old beams, and a selection of accommodation. Passing over green hills of sheep and cows there are good views on occasions. Moorland, woodland and two reservoirs add variety. In general well waymarked the quiet roads, tracks and paths used are generally good, but can be muddy.
Negative Gyndwr's Way does not have the dramatic scenery of other long distance paths and one day is much like another outside the towns, however, if you come from a dry climate you will find the lush green vegetation amazing (but the penalty is all the rain)!
