Vestkyststien, Agger-Bulbjerg, 80 km

The Vestkyststien or West Coast Trail in the north west of Jutland is both a hiking and a cycling route. We usually follow the old lifeboat road, and the chrome fetishists are diverted onto small public roads and forest roads.

The coastline in the west of Jutland is very sandy, with wide beaches and many dune areas, interesting for migratory birds and breeding birds alike.

The trail is a section of the North Sea Trail, and coincides here with the Nordsøstien. Going south, along the Drivvejen, you will not walk along the coast any more save a few vistas. Going north, along the Nordsøstien you will head for Skagen in the far north.
